What each kind of item must pass before its coin can launch. The server enforces this on every launch, from the site, the API or an AI agent.

Cards

1. Grader cert checked (PSA, BGS, CGC or SGC)
2. Received and vaulted by Legacy
3. Appraised value with sources and a date
4. Second appraisal over $25K, insurance over $250K
5. Admin approval

Other collectibles

1. Checked by the right expert for the category (for example CGC for comics, PCGS or NGC for coins)
2. Stolen-item register search where one exists
3. Vaulted by Legacy or an approved partner, insured
4. Appraised value with sources and a date
5. Admin approval

Real estate

1. Deed, title search and owner's title policy
2. County record match: owner, parcel, value and taxes
3. Lien and judgment search
4. Property moved into its own company (LLC)
5. Licensed appraisal and inspection
6. Insurance naming the LLC
7. No mortgage, or at most 50% loan-to-value with lender consent
8. Attorney sign-off and owner identity check
9. Admin approval

Cars

1. VIN matches make, model and year
2. Clean title in the owner's name, no lien
3. Stolen-vehicle check
4. Specialist inspection
5. Value from price guides and auction results (two sources over $100K)
6. Title to an LLC; car in approved climate-controlled storage
7. Agreed-value collector insurance
8. Admin approval

Stock pairs (instant)

1. The paired token is on the list of licensed, 1:1-backed issuers
2. Third-party stock tokens are not available to US persons
3. No big-company tickers are shown publicly
4. A loophole check stops hidden card or property claims
