Crypto assets
Prices can move sharply, liquidity can disappear, and assets may be lost to hacks, lost keys or protocol failures. Regulation may change and affect value or availability.
Tokenized securities
A token representing a security may not carry the same rights as directly held shares (voting, dividends, legal claims). Rights depend on the issuer's and custodian's terms. Transfer restrictions, limited secondary liquidity and issuer/custodian insolvency risk apply.
Real-world assets
Real estate and collectibles are illiquid. Valuations are estimates. Assets can be damaged, lost, stolen, mis-graded or affected by title disputes. Redemption may be costly or delayed.
Smart contracts
Code may contain bugs or be exploited. Audits reduce but do not remove this risk. Blockchain networks can congest, fork or halt.
Bots and AI agents
Automated strategies can malfunction, act on bad data, or execute unintended trades. You are responsible for any agent or bot you connect.
Cross-chain
Bridges are a frequent target of exploits. Assets may be lost or stuck in transit.
Regulatory
Laws may restrict or ban products in your jurisdiction at any time.
