No leveraged trading
Liquistate does not offer leveraged, margin or derivatives trading.
Launch services
Launch services (including AI-built websites, social accounts, content and assistant guidance) are provided as part of launch fees disclosed at onboarding. They are not investment, legal or marketing-compliance advice. Each issuer is solely responsible for its own content, claims and legal compliance, and should review all AI-generated material before use. Liquistate does not guarantee any results, including audience, listings, trading activity or token value.
Acceptance
By accessing liquistate.com or any related service (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Demo preview
The Services are currently a non-transactional demo. Displayed assets, prices and data are illustrative only and are not offers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts, must not be located in or a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction, and must not be on any sanctions list. Some products are limited to eligible or accredited persons.
No advice
Nothing on the Services is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. The AI guide is a scripted informational tool.
Third-party providers
Custody, issuance, payments and identity verification may be provided by independent third parties under their own terms. Liquistate is not responsible for third-party services.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for your account credentials and wallet keys. You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, market manipulation, fraud or to evade sanctions or KYC.
Intellectual property
All site content is owned by Liquistate or its licensors.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquistate is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses from market movements, smart contract failures or third-party actions.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Liquistate against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
