Application
Businesses apply through the interest form. Submission does not create any obligation or guarantee approval.
Verification
Businesses and principals must pass KYC/KYB. Assets must have verifiable title, authentication or grading, and independent valuation.
Your responsibilities
You represent that your listings are accurate, that you own or are authorized to list the assets, and that you will comply with securities, consumer-protection, tax and advertising laws. No guarantees of returns may be made in any listing.
Custody
Listed assets must be held by an approved vault, holding entity or licensed custodian.
Fees

Removal
Liquistate may reject, suspend or remove any listing or storefront at its discretion.
Liability and indemnity
You indemnify Liquistate for claims arising from your listings or conduct.
