Starting pools
Why our pools are deeper than meme launches, and how they're sized.
Think of it like: a bigger bucket of water: the more there is, the less one cup in or out changes the level.
Typical meme launchpads leave about 20% of market cap in the pool. Liquistate coins start at a market cap equal to the item's value, with a much deeper USDC pool:
| Class | Pool |
|---|---|
| Cards, collectibles | 60% (40% over $250K) |
| Real estate | 30% of equity (25% over $2M) |
| Cars | 50% (35% over $250K) |
| Stock pairs | 30% of market cap |
| Baskets | 60% (cars 50%, property 30%), at least $6K |
Who funds it
Mostly the launch curve sale, plus the owner (10% of the value, locked), plus a Liquistate match for items over $25K. The pool is locked for 12 months, and part of Liquistate's fee keeps adding to it.
