A property held in its own company, with its own reserve.

Think of it like: owning a slice of a rental house through a company that holds the deed.

Starting pool

Owner

Keeps at most 20%: locked 12 months, then released over 36 months.

Rent

Rent sharing is OFF. Holders earn trading-fee rewards only. Sharing rent is likely a securities offering, so it stays off until our attorney approves a structure.

Reserve

The launch sets aside about 6 months of tax, insurance and upkeep. The 0.20% reserve slice keeps it topped up. Unpaid tax or a new lien triggers a trading banner, and the reserve pays small items.

A $500K house with no debt starts with a $150K pool.
