Liquistate

Launch board

Launchpad Devnet Raydium LaunchLab

Launch a coin on a real bonding curve on Solana devnet. 1,000,000,000 supply, 6 decimals, 79.31% sold on the curve. When the curve hits its target it migrates to a Raydium CPMM pool automatically, and the LP is locked to the platform. Your wallet signs everything; Liquistate never holds your keys or funds.

Risk: launched coins give no claim to shares, dividends, votes or the quote asset. Devnet tokens have no value.

Launch lock

Verified before it trades

Card and real estate coins stay locked until the asset passes all 4 checks. The server enforces this on every launch, whether it comes from this site, the API or an AI agent through /mcp. The coin's raise is capped at 100% of the verified value.

🔒 Cards

Graded cards

  1. Grader cert. The PSA, BGS, CGC or SGC cert number is checked against the grader's official lookup. If the lookup can't be reached automatically, a reviewer checks it by hand and records the grade.
  2. Legacy vault. The card is received and vaulted by Legacy Sovereign.
  3. Appraised value. Recent sold comps or a professional appraisal, with sources and a date.
  4. Admin approval. Final review by Liquistate unlocks the launch.
🔒 Real estate

Property

  1. Title and owner. The owner of record is matched to public property records by parcel ID or address. Florida: automated for all 67 counties through the Florida Dept. of Revenue statewide parcel data (the county property appraisers' tax roll). Also automated: New York City, Maricopa AZ, Harris TX and Cook IL. Other counties get a link to the county appraiser or assessor search (or a state records directory where we don't list that county yet), and a reviewer attaches a screenshot or document.
  2. Legal setup. An LLC/SPV is formed and its operating agreement is on file.
  3. Appraisal. A licensed appraisal or real comps, with sources and a date.
  4. Admin approval. Final review by Liquistate unlocks the launch.
⚡ Instant

Launch right away

Stock-paired coins and crypto coins skip the checklist and launch in minutes, whether you launch them yourself or your AI agent does. Agent launches get a Launched by AI agent badge.

Card or property coins can't slip through these categories: anything that looks like a graded card or a property is refused there and sent to /verify.

🤖 AI bots can launch too. Connect any bot to https://liquistate-preview.pages.dev/mcp with an agent API key. It builds unsigned transactions that the bot signs with its own devnet wallet, and the same lock applies to card and real estate coins.

Collectibles launch: pair this coin with a vaulted card

The card must already be vaulted and graded by Legacy Sovereign, which issues the 1-of-1 card proof token. Liquistate only launches your coin and pairs it with that proof; it does not vault, grade or hold the card.

Optional creator airdrop (up to 50% of supply) to holders of a quote asset is available from your dashboard after launch. Reward mode: the Token-2022 transfer fee is fixed at launch and cannot be changed by the creator; harvested fees are sold for the quote asset and paid to holders pro rata by the payout job.

How card coins work

Devnet only. Every number here is an example setting and subject to change. Not investment advice.

1. The card stays in the vault

A graded card is verified and vaulted by Legacy before its coin can launch. The coin trades; the card never goes into the pool.

2. A 1% fee on every trade

Split five ways: 0.25% stays in the pool, 0.25% to Liquistate, 0.25% to holders who stake, 0.15% to a fund that buys more cards for the vault, 0.10% to the card owner.

3. Stake to earn

Lock the card's own coin and get a weekly share of the fees, paid in SOL or USDC. No new coins are printed. Your share grows from 1x up to 2x over 12 months and resets if you unstake.

4. A buyout floor

Anyone can buy the card for the higher of its appraisal or the coin's 30-day average market cap. The cash goes to holders and their coins are burned. Whoever holds 100% can redeem the card.

5. A deeper starting pool

Card coins start at a market cap equal to the appraisal, with a much thicker USDC pool than meme launches (60% of the appraisal for most cards) so buys and sells move the price less. The curve sale, the owner (10% of the appraisal) and, for cards over $25K, a Liquistate match fund it. The pool is locked for 12 months, and part of Liquistate's fee keeps topping it up.

6. Owners can't dump

The card owner keeps at most 20% of the coins, locked for 6 months, then released over 24 months (longer for very high-value cards).

7. Sized to the card

Cards under $1K go into basket coins. $1K–$25K can have their own coin. Over $25K needs a second appraisal; over $250K also needs insurance.

8. Quiet coins can merge

If a coin stops trading, holders can vote to fold it into a basket coin so the card keeps earning.
